LAUREN WATTENBURG

Lauren grew up in Oregon where she trained and performed pre-professionally with Northwest Dance Theatre. She then relocated to Salt Lake City to attend the University of Utah and graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Ballet in 2021. While at the University she performed a wide variety of repertoire including classical works such as Swan Lake and Le Corsaire, as well as contemporary and neoclassical works by a range of choreographers. While in college, Lauren had the opportunity to professionally perform on multiple occasions in New York and Oregon. Following graduation, she danced professionally with Chrysalis Ballet in Lehi, UT for two years under the direction of Jennie Creer-King. In addition to teaching, Lauren also owns her own business as a photographer.
